If you've got a cruise booked, you already know the drill: prices move constantly after you book, and sometimes they drop below what you paid. Catching that window is how you get a refund, an upgrade, or onboard credit out of a price adjustment. Miss the window and you eat the difference.
We've built a dedicated alert type for exactly this. When you have a booking synced to your account, you'll see a bell icon on each of your upcoming sailings. Flip it on, and we'll watch that specific sailing's pricing for your exact cabin category and guest count. The moment a price drops below what you actually paid, you get an email.
A few details worth knowing:
- The comparison is per-passenger and matches your actual cabin category -- no false positives from a 1-guest rate looking cheaper than your 2-guest booking
- If the price is already below what you paid when you enable the alert, we'll tell you right away rather than waiting for the next drop
- Alerts are throttled so you don't get spammed if the price fluctuates minute-to-minute
- You can turn alerts on or off per sailing, whenever you want
This is one of those features that could genuinely pay for itself the first time it catches a drop you would've missed.
