Every Email, Redesigned

Up until now, most of the emails CruiseDen sent looked pretty utilitarian. Functional, sure -- but a plain-text price alert doesn't exactly capture the feeling of cruise planning. And with notifications for price drops, saved search matches, casino offers, friend invitations, and more, the inconsistency was starting to show.

Every single email type has been redesigned from scratch:

  • Price drop alerts (both personalized and package) now highlight the actual numbers in a clear, scannable layout -- old price, new price, delta, all at a glance
  • Saved search results show matching sailings in a proper table with the key details you filtered on
  • Casino notifications (new offer, expiring offers, account paused) use a richer format with ship logos, offer codes, and sailing details
  • Friend invitations look like actual invitations
  • Sailing notifications group multi-alert digests by sailing so the same cruise's updates don't spam you with five separate cards

Everything shares a consistent header, footer, and color palette, so no matter which notification shows up in your inbox, you'll immediately recognize it as coming from CruiseDen. All emails still include a plain-text version for people who prefer that or use email clients that don't render HTML.

Honestly, this one has been a long time coming. Our emails now look the way the site does.
